If you have a scheduled in-person appointment with our doctors, our assistants will be contacting you soon with the appropriate in person or telehealth alternatives.
Your urgent concerns
If your child has fever and respiratory symptoms, please self isolate and call 811 for further advice.
If your child is in respiratory distress , with or without fever, 911 would be the best option.
Your pediatrician may have a limited number of urgent appointments for newborn and complex and/or immunocompromised.

How to book a telehealth visit
- Provide your email or cell phone number as contact information
- Closer to the day of your appointment you will receive a link on your email or by text
Your appointment
- Check that you have a good internet connection
- Check that you have good audio and video on your smart phone device or computer
- We would have already emailed or texted you an invitation with a link to the telehealth waiting room.
- Please come 10 minutes in advance of your telehealth appointment by clicking on your link.
- The pediatrician will connect with you in the telehealth waiting room
- Please read the consent form below prior to your telehealth visit
