We ask you to reschedule or change to a phone or telehealth appointment if you or your child has any of the following:
A fever over 38 degrees Celsius or chills
Cough or exacerbation of chronic cough, runny nose, shortness of breath, loss of sense of smell or taste, sore throat, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, headache, loss of appetite, extreme fatigue, body aches
Travelled anywhere outside of Canada in the last 14 days
Close contact with a probable or confirmed case of COVD-19 in the last 14 days
Required to self-isolate or quarantine due to COVID illness
Please arrive at the time of your appointment. If you arrive early, we ask that you wait in the lobby or hallway. We are trying to limit the number of people gathered in our waiting room.
We ask that each patient be accompanied by ONE caregiver. Exceptions will be made on a case by case basis at the discretion of the Doctor based on the needs of the child. Please do not bring sibling’s to your child’s appointment.
Wearing a medical mask is now mandatory in medical clinics. Exceptions will be made depending on the age and compliance of the child.
Please use the hand sanitizer upon entry and upon leaving the office
Please maintain at least 2 meters physically distanced from other people in the office especially when interacting with the medical office assistants.
Our staff is disinfecting high touch surfaces regularly
If you need to use the washroom facilities in the hallway, please disinfect the key after use
Exam rooms and medical equipment are being cleaned after each patient encounter
We have removed all toys and books from the waiting area and exam rooms. You may bring your own toys for your child to play with during their visit.
